JOHN POUND has been in the music industry for over 28 years working in various retail stores over the years, as well as being product specialist and concert artist for Technics Musical Instruments and concert artist for Yamaha. John’s area of expertise lies mainly with all facets of keyboard products along with Brass and Wind and String products. John also handles the Primary/Secondary Schools education requirements along with the everyday running of JPMC Balcatta. He is always available to answer any queries you may have about music education or instrument purchases.
KEYAN BELL is the Retail Sales Manager. Keyan has been part of the team from day one and is largely responsible for the development and merchandising of the shop in that time. His main area of speciality is Drums/Percussion and plays in bands around Perth. He is also a keen guitarist and is always updating his knowledge of various brands and instruments. He will help you tailor a package that suits YOUR needs and is the guy who will answer your questions regarding all areas of drums, guitars, amps, accessories and repairs.
NORMA DENSON is JPMC Balcatta’s School Co-ordinator. Norma has been with the business for a little over 3 years, and is your main point of contact for lesson enquiries. Her bright and friendly personality lends itself to the atmosphere of the school and shop. She is always willing to help all of our clients with their queries and can certainly point you in the right direction when making your lesson bookings. Whether you are an adult booking lessons for yourself, or for your 2 year old, Norma will advise you of the best lesson options to suit your needs.
BIRGIT MCPHEE joined our Reception Team in February 2007. She has a background in music, having achieved here Grade 6 Exam on Piano, albeit a couple of years ago, and her son is following in his mothers footsteps, currently learning keyboard in our Music for Little Mozarts Program. Birgit has a bright and happy personality and is always happy to guide our clients in the right direction to attain their musical goals. You can chat to Birgit Thursdays, Friday’s and Saturdays.
